Koncision Contract Automation is a pioneering venture.
Our products, starting with our confidentiality-agreement template, will be clearly superior to what traditional drafting has to offer. But given that we’re creating, from scratch, new ways to articulate deal terms, and given that we aim to serve customers in jurisdictions throughout the U.S. and internationally, it’s inevitable that there will be room for improvement in Koncision’s products.
In the years that our founder and president Ken Adams has been blogging, he’s benefited greatly from reader feedback. That sort of exchange will be an important feature of how Koncision goes about building and revising its products. (For a good example of the benefits of reader feedback, see the comments to this post on The Koncise Drafter on the subject of severability provisions.)
To facilitate feedback, throughout each Koncision questionnaire (just under the headings separating groups of questions), as well as at the end of any questionnaire guidance offered on Koncision’s website, is the hyperlinked word “Feedback.” Clicking on those links will open a new email message addressed to Koncision. We encourage you to use those links to offer criticism, suggest improvements, and inform us of any law you think we should take into account.
And Ken will continue airing new ideas on The Koncise Drafter and monitoring the comments.
