On Your Servers
Koncision’s confidentiality-agreement template can also be used as part of Business Integrity’s ContractExpress for SharePoint “PDF or lawyer” automation-and-management system for confidentiality agreements.
In a ContractExpress for SharePoint system, Business users complete the questionnaire and, depending on the answers, either the user receives a PDF or the draft is routed to your organization’s legal department for evaluation. Everything is logged to facilitate management and audit. As part of this functionality, users and the legal department are alerted by email when a contract is about to reach the end of its term; you can search for a given contract and quickly consult its provisions; and you can control the workflow for a future request for a confidentiality agreement with the same counterparty.
