Subscription
We’re now offering to everyone who wants it a free one-year trial subscription to our first product, a confidentiality-agreement template for the U.S. market. During that year, you may use the template as often as you wish. To subscribe, go here.
When the year is over, we hope that you’ll elect to pay to continue your subscription. How much would we charge? We haven’t decided: We announced our free one-year subscription on January 30, 2012, and we’ll give ourselves some time to think about what price structure will apply after the trial year is up. But previously we charged $120 per month for a one-person subscription and charged $100 for a one transaction subscription.
Our one-year subscription gives you the right to create a confidentiality agreement and use it in a transaction and to do so as often as you wish. It doesn’t include the right to copy all or part of the output document for use in your own template contracts. If that’s of interest to you, see “License Fee,” below.
License to Copy
You draft confidentiality agreements regularly, and you recognize the exceptional clarity and state-of-the-art substance of Koncision’s confidentiality-agreement template, but your confidentiality agreements don’t vary enough to warrant using Koncision’s template each time. If that’s the case, you may want to revise, or copy from, a Koncision-generated confidentiality agreement for purposes of creating or revising your own Word confidentiality-agreement templates.
Or you may want to copy boilerplate from a Koncision-generated confidentiality agreement for use in one or more other kinds of templates.
We charge $500 for a perpetual license to copy text from any Koncision output document for purposes of creating or revising your own templates. If you would like to purchase this license, email us. (We’ll soon set up a more efficient system!)
