If you’ve subscribed already, here’s how to launch the questionnaire of Koncision’s confidentiality-agreement template:
- go to ContractExpress.com’s login page by clicking here (or go to www.business-integrity.com and click “Login” at the top right)
- log in using your email address and the password you’ve been given (which you may change)
- hover your cursor over “Templates”
- click the downward arrow to the right of whichever of the two versions of the template you wish to use
- select “Launch Questionnaire”
One version of the confidentiality-agreement template (the one with “BasicWord” at the end of its designation) uses basic Word formatting. The other (the one with “NumbAssist” at the end of its designation) uses formatting generated by The Numbering Assistant, a numbering utility that makes it easy to apply the numbering scheme recommended in A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting; that’s the numbering scheme used by Koncision. The difference between the two versions of the template is that the one with Numbering Assistant formatting uses “style separators.” For more about the practical implications of this choice, go here. If you’re unfamiliar with style separators or The Numbering Assistant, we recommend that you chose the template with basic Word formatting.
