Template-Service Information

If the customer is an organization that registers a number of users, it provides us with the name and email address of each user. Customers don’t provide us with any information regarding their method of payment—they provide that information to PayPal.
It’s a feature of ContractExpress.com that we’re able to track your use of our template service.
If you contact us for customer support, we may ask you to provide information about the issues you are trying to resolve, and we may record your requests and our responses for quality-control purposes. The same applies to any feedback you provide us through links in any document-assembly questionnaire or links in any related guidance provided on our website.
